The Swanky yarn from Red Heart really gave me a challenge! I was pushing myself to create something brand new that had not been made yet. There are so many beautiful Hats, Scarves, Cowls and such that I wanted to see if I could make other things with this yarn.

This first pattern is for a "Phone Case" The phone for this model is an iPhone 3GS but you could easily add or remove stitches and rows to customize the size of your case!

Stitch Abbreviations: ch - chain sc - single crochet slst - slip stitch sc2tog - single crochet 2 stitches together sc4tog - single crochet 4 stitches together sk - skip *-* - section to repeat |
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Ch 1. Turn(12 sc)
Row 2-25: Sc in each st across. Ch 1. Turn. (12 sc)
Working in Rounds now.
Round 1: Work 1 sc in each st around and working 2 sc in each corner. (be sure to only do 1 sc in each row on the sides).
Round 2-4: Ch 1. *Sc2tog. 1 sc. * Repeat *-* around until last 4 sc. Sc2tog two times. Join to 1st sc.
Round 5: Ch 1. You will work 1 sc in each st on all sides and work sc4tog in each corner.
Round 6: Slst in each st around. Join and Fasten off. Weave in ends.
This part took some time, but I pushed through all sequins to be only on the outside. Just like pushing buttons through a hole.
